Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel and do not have cancellation insurance, we will attempt to re-rent the unit. If we are able to do so, we will refund your deposit(s), less any rental rate differences and credit card charges. You agree that any rental rate reductions for last minute re-bookings are fully at the our discretion. If we are unable to re-rent the unit, your deposit(s) will be forfeited, although we may offer a credit for a future stay at our discretion. No refunds will be given for weather related cancellations or early departures. You are encouraged to purchase travel insurance separately.

Deposit Policy
You agree that any damages to the property other than normal wear and tear will be charged to your credit card. Guest agrees that authorization for use of credit card for potential damages cannot be revoked and will not terminate until 14 days after the property is vacated. A valid credit card must be on file prior to arrival. Guest authorizes use of this credit card to satisfy any damages and agrees that no refusal to pay, or chargeback, shall be initiated by Guest as a result of charges for damages.
Remaining Balances will be charged automatically 30 days before your stay begins, or 60 days if you stay is for 30 days or more.

"Who Needs a Villa"
Who needs a villa in the south of France when on the deck of "Coastview" you can dance! See fabulous sunshine's, walks to the beach- with heights of pleasure you'll never reach. Thank you, Tracy and Chris for your thoughtful approach, creating this paradise beyond reproach! Old folks like us felt like kids again - we haven't enjoyed ourselves so much since I don’t' know when!

Writing this in sadness 🙁 as we are leaving today. The time went too fast for us. I loved your home. The view is spectacular and oh so beautiful, this cottage home you have is lovely. It really felt like home to us and our little dog. She would lie every night out on the deck enjoying the nice cool breeze. Everything were just heaven to us, enjoyed our time here so much!! Hope to return again next year and and spend another month to escape Vegas heat.

Your house is wonderful to use everyone sleeps good. My family love it a lot to. We went to Disneyland, California Adventures, and the zoo. We also went to deep sea fishing and al caught a squid - a big 30 pound one. I thought the stay was wonderful. Thank you.
