Fireside 114 in Mammoth has a great location just steps from the gondola and village. The cozy condo was perfect for our family of 3, and it was clean and extremely well stocked with everything anyone could want. The king bed in main bedroom and the pullout queen in living room were super comfortable, as were the pillows. The owner was reachable in case needed anything. We would recommend and would stay again.

We loved our stay! We very much appreciated having a few basics in the kitchen (coffee, olive oil, Saran Wrap, baggies, etc.). The location is awesome and the owners were very responsive to our questIons.

Location is unbeatable. 1 minute walk to the Gondola and The Village stores/restaurants. The amenities were all there as advertised. The master bed had a really nice quality mattress as well. Will definitely stay here again next year.

There was a minor hiccup at check in but we were so impressed with Tracy Spencer who fixed it promptly. We also appreciated how close the unit was to the Village Gondola --great ski on ski off location. Excellent WiFi and TV set up.

This condo is situated perfectly next to the Village gondola and the village itself! Ease of access into and out of the unit was amazing! The property manager was very communicative and we would definitely come back!

Walking Distance to Brewery and other shops/food. Host was very understanding of our situation being evacuated from home due to a wliland fire and helped us out.

"Wonderful location!"

This condo is in a wonderful location. The Village is right behind it, there is a Pub on the corner, and everything is so easy at this condo. Note-If you happen to be staying in the summer, you may want to bring a fan. It was very warm in the condo while we were there and there are not fans available at the condo. I should have asked prior to going in summer.

Owner note: We have fans available, but keep them in our storage locker, since they are rarely needed.

"Condo was immaculate…"

We found a location without any problems. We arrived late Thursday night. Parking was very convenient. The condominium was immaculate. We felt at home, safe and comfortable. Instructions were all very easy; from check in to check out. The place could not have been better. I will definitely stay there again and again.

"Just Steps from the Village Gondola"

First time in Mammoth to ski for a few days and the experience was awesome. Property location could not be more convenient just steps from the village gondola. Parking spot was huge (which we appreciated since we had a big truck) and very convenient and safe. Once you park, you don’t need the car anymore since everything is available within the village. The condo is somewhat small but very cozy: it was just 3 of us so it worked fine and we were comfortable. I loved the little nook by the entrance to keep your skis and the small balcony with the BBQ was also very nice. Host was very responsive- there was some confusion about an extra-night but it was resolved quickly. We are really looking forward going back to mountain bike in the summer.

"Right next to Gondola"

The Condo was right next to the Gondola(skiing) and the Village(Dining & Drinks). Parking was right around the corner. Condo was clean and it had everything we needed.

"Nicely Appointed Condo"

This is a nicely appointed condo. Kitchen is a little dated, but lots of small appliances & frig has an ice maker. Furniture is very comfortable & so was the bed. Great shower head! We liked the little patio. You can walk to just about anything in town. We ate at Petra’s one night and Toomey’s the next. Both a 5 min. walk & excellent food. The convenience of the garage & door codes was great. Would suggest better directions to luggage drop off area as it was hard to see in the dark & a better map of the complex. Great stay!

"We felt very safe here…"

Our family had an excellent time staying here. The place is perfectly located next to the village (easy walk to many restaurants). Tracy did an excellent job communicating with us and the place was very clean. We felt very safe staying here (allowed an extra day between stays for cleaning and masks are required in the building and throughout town).

"Nice clean place close to the Village gondola"

Nice clean place. The bed and the sleeper sofa were both comfortable. The kitchen was very functional with a large refrigerator. The electric wall heaters kept the place warm. There is a nice fireplace, but we did not use it. There is access to a nice indoor pool and a hot tub in an adjacent building. The shower is a little difficult to turn on and off but works well once it is on. Also there was a lot of upstairs noise, but this may be more of a reflection of us staying on a holiday weekend. Good solid place- I would stay there again.
Owner's note: Shower was repaired. Our on site manager is always available to ensure that noise isn't out of hand in the complex, so please don't hesitate to let us know if things get a bit loud.

We loved having the property as our home base after a complete day of hiking and fishing! It was so convenient to walk over to the village for dinner and shopping.

Unfortunately for me, it took me two days to find the humidifier in the closet. The high altitudes make Mammoth very dry. The decor is a little dated but I really did not care. My only suggestion would be a more comfortable mattress or perhaps even just a mattress topper. The bed is okay if you like a firm mattress but for me it was a little too firm. Other than that, everything was good.

Owner response: Thanks for your feedback. We just replaced the mattress, so hopefully you will enjoy it on your next stay. Also new this summer, a new sofabed with an incredibly comfortable mattress!

"Awesome Weekend"

We picked an awesome weekend to come! It snowed all day yesterday! You have a beautiful place here, we loved staying here. This is the perfect location. We are hoping to come back in January or February so our boys can take lessons.

Such a great location. Highlight to our stay was on our last morning, while eating breakfast on the patio, a mama bear and 3 cubs joined us in the tree beside the condo. What a treat! Thank you for allowing us to "borrow" your retreat and letting us bring out 4 legged child. Trips are just not the same when she isn't with us.

WE had a B.L.A.S.T in Mammoth and the surrounding sites. You helped us to have a wonderful 30 year wedding anniversary @ our favorite area to visit. The fishing was awesome and we leave here today happy and content!

"Very Nice Condo"

We had a blast. We are new parents and this was our first weekend away from home. This condo was great. It was close to the loading spots, which was helpful to unload the entire truck-full of things we had to bring for the baby. Great location next to the village and the gondola to Canyon lodge. Super clean and cozy place as well with a nicely stocked kitchen. The keypad door entry was nice to not have to worry about lugging keys around. And a very nice wide spot in the garage. We'll be back for sure.

Very well equipped, and convenient to the Village and to the Canyon Lodge gondola. Condo is right next to the loading area, so it's very easy get your stuff in and out of your car.

First time renting a condo and wasn't sure what to expect. This condo was perfect for our family of four. Super clean and lots of extras I wasn't even expecting. King bed was comfortable, kids were happy with sleep sofa, plenty of linens and towels, nice appliances, great underground parking. Close to Village but condo is in a quiet area so no Village noise. I can't wait to go back and stay there again! Highly recommended!!!!
