Property Details
Large condo at the The Village sleeps 8 with underground parking, indoor pool and hot tub. Only steps to restaurants and free gondola to the slopes plus access to free town trolley and mountain shuttles.
This large but cozy condo at Fireside at The Village is only steps from The Village with a free gondola that whisks you to Canyon Lodge, and numerous Village shops and restaurants.
1600 square feet on three floors ensures lots of room for large families and groups. Elevator access to the first and second levels adds convenience.
The first level is where the master bedroom is located. It includes a king bed, a twin daybed, a fireplace and TV with DVD. The second bedroom with two comfortable twin beds is also on this level. There are two bathrooms with a shared bath here. The first level has a separate entry to accommodate early risers or late nighters.
The second level is where the kitchen, dining room, living room and a full bath are situated. The living room includes a wood burning fireplace, stereo and a flat screen TV with DVD/VCR. The kitchen is fully equipped, with cooking and serving ware for large groups. There is a full size stainless steel gas barbecue on the deck. Sleeping for two guests is provided by the foldout sofa bed.
In the large third-level loft, there is a king sized bed and four twin size beds.
Towels and high quality linens are provided. The condo has wireless high speed internet. Parking for two cars is provided, with additional vehicles accommodated on a space available basis.
The Fireside complex is small and quiet, but features a great indoor pool, sauna and hot tub with views of the Sherwins.
This is a non smoking condo. Smoking is only allowed outside. Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis, subject to a pet fee, and are generally not accepted during holiday periods.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel and do not have cancellation insurance, we will attempt to re-rent the unit. If we are able to do so, we will refund your deposit(s), less any rental rate differences and credit card charges. You agree that any rental rate reductions for last minute re-bookings are fully at the our discretion. If we are unable to re-rent the unit, your deposit(s) will be forfeited, although we may offer a credit for a future stay at our discretion. No refunds will be given for weather related cancellations or early departures. You are encouraged to purchase travel insurance separately.

Deposit Policy
You agree that any damages to the property other than normal wear and tear will be charged to your credit card. Guest agrees that authorization for use of credit card for potential damages cannot be revoked and will not terminate until 14 days after the property is vacated. A valid credit card must be on file prior to arrival. Guest authorizes use of this credit card to satisfy any damages and agrees that no refusal to pay, or chargeback, shall be initiated by Guest as a result of charges for damages.
Remaining Balances will be charged automatically 30 days before your stay begins, or 60 days if you stay is for 30 days or more.

"Wonderful #232439"
This is our 4th year staying here and we have enjoin every time. There is plenty of room for our family to relax and play games. Welcome with our entire family so finding a place to have three generations together and still have privacy is wonderful. One of our daughters and her husband rent one of the one bedroom condos for the same time and love the convenience and the extra privacy. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Right in the heart of Mammoth
"A Great Stay!"
My husband and I stayed along with our two young children, and dog. The location was perfect and easy walking distance to the village. The bedroom setup was perfect for the kids and ourselves, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The stairs are spiral staircases, which our kids and dog could easily navigate, but if traveling with very young children this could be tricky. The host was extremely quick to respond to any inquiries, and check in was quick and easy. Overall a great stay!

We had an amazing time in this cozy condo that accommodated 8 of us and our two small dogs. The home has everything we needed, plus enough beds and bathrooms for us all to get ready and out the door to adventure on time. The location is just perfect and I couldn't be happier with how easy Tracy made the whole process. She was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. I'm looking forward to another stay in this cozy condo again soon!

This condo was located in the best spot we've ever had in Mammoth. Its a quick walk to both the Village and Mammoth Brewing. The loft is huge and was perfect for my husband, me, and my daughter with plenty of room leftover. My parents stayed in the master bedroom downstairs and had the whole floor to themselves. The stairs take some getting used to, but you just have to be careful. Overall, loved this place and hope we can stay again.

"Very Clean!"
The property is very clean. The beds were very comfortable. This is close to everything. The unit itself is pretty dated but the furnishings are great. Everything worked as expected and the owners were very easy to get a hold of and communicate with.

"Would definitely recommend!"
The property was as advertised on the website. I would definitely recommend the place. Dan was extremely responsive on the property - we needed an extra parking spot and he accommodated, we sent extra baby food via mail and he helped us with the delivery. There were a few things - light bulb out or cart code was changed but little things that are usually due to previous person staying and not saying anything. I would recommend that families with younger kids make sure they are 100% okay with having a metal spiral staircase. It is in the photo's at the end but just be sure you feel comfortable and aren't anxious about it. I think these are standard for the ski condo style though. Overall I really appreciated the space and tracy/dan are wonderful hosts.

"Great Ski Location!"
We brought our 93 year old Dad to Mammoth again this year and this condo was the perfect location! We walked to the Gondola in the Village and never had to get in the car to ski. Two entrances, one for the top floor and one for the bottom floor were essential which enables our Dad to avoid stairs. Living room was well equipped, I love that they even had candles for our dinner table. One recommendation is for more lighting in the kitchen and family rooms.

"Fireside 305 Wonderful"
The unit was perfect for my family. Just around the corner of the village allowed us easy access to everything. Three nights we had the rec room to ourselves, thenoool and spa were clean and warm. Tracy the owner was wonderful and informative. Every question I had she answered quickly. Her directions were spot on. There are views from the windows and we watched the New Years Eve fireworks from the living room.

My family and I had wonderful stay. There was plenty of room and space for all 7 of us. The place was nicely decorated and very comfortable for us all. The loft had more then enough space and my two kids loved the twin beds. The location couldn't of been any better then we came to getting to the mountain and making visits to the village. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean on the day we arrived. I would most definitely try and stay here again next year and recommend to any friends looking for a place to stay in Mammoth. Thank you - Nicole

Okay so I came with my family, mostly cousins but also some uncles and aunts. We came for two days, had a great time…. Learning how to snowboard” or ski, getting in the Jacuzzi! I hope I come back soon cuz I loved the place, very cozy! Everything we needed was here! Be sure to come back next year!

Tracy & Chris Our 10th year coming up all our best friends - had a great time! All 9 of us eat and play cards together! Very well appointed- wow! Roomy enough for everyone! Convenient for everyone to, walk to Gondola Village- ice cream treats every day. Will be back to this well stock kitchen, Through we couldn’t find a sharp knife! LOL!! We tried sharpening but didn’t work! Well be back to finish ping pong match!
