We welcome you to share our home - tasteful decoration, fabulous mountain and treetop views (and decks to enjoy them from), high-end linens and towels, a well-equipped kitchen with dishes for 12, gas barbecue, four TVs with satellite, DVR/DVD/VCRs, high-speed wireless internet, a large mudroom to store coats and skis, and easy parking for up to four cars await you.
Sleeping for up to 12 people is available as follows. Each floor has a bath with a combination tub/shower.

Our home is child friendly. Tobogganing is just outside the door, and The Village, playground, and tennis courts are just a short walk away.
We respect our neighbors right to peace - please do not inquire if you are looking for a place to party.
This is a non smoking home. Smoking is only allowed outside.
Here is our cancellation policy: In the event you need to cancel, we will attempt to re-rent the unit. If we are able to do so, we will
refund your deposit(s), less any rental rate differences and credit card charges. You agree that any rental rate reductions for last
minute re-bookings are fully at our discretion. If we are unable to re-rent the unit, your deposit(s) will be forfeited, although we may
offer a credit for a future stay at our discretion. No refunds will be given for weather related cancellations or early departures. You
are encouraged to purchase travel insurance separately . No refunds will be issued for stays booked with travel credits due to a
previous cancellation.
NEW THIS SEASON - Smart TV's in each bedroom. Note that we have "cut the cable" at this property.  There is wireless internet and an HDTV antenna that gets local channels plus several others.  We are happy to arrange access to additional programming at your expense.

In the event you need to cancel and do not have cancellation insurance, we will attempt to re-rent the unit. If we are able to do so, we will refund your deposit(s), less any rental rate differences and credit card charges. You agree that any rental rate reductions for last minute re-bookings are fully at the our discretion. If we are unable to re-rent the unit, your deposit(s) will be forfeited, although we may offer a credit for a future stay at our discretion. Deposit Policy
You agree that any damages to the property other than normal wear and tear will be charged to your credit card. Guest agrees that authorization for use of credit card for potential damages cannot be revoked and will not terminate until 14 days after the property is vacated. A valid credit card must be on file prior to arrival. Guest authorizes use of this credit card to satisfy any damages and agrees that no refusal to pay, or chargeback, shall be initiated by Guest as a result of charges for damages.
Remaining Balances will be charged automatically 30 days before your stay begins, or 60 days if you stay is for 30 days or more.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
