Our North Phoenix guest house nestled in the trees offers a welcoming and centrally located base for both business and vacation travelers.
The cozy and comfortable 800 sq ft residence includes a well equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with sleeper sofa, one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The guest house is fully air-conditioned, has high speed internet, and a stacking washer/dryer. Three outdoor patio areas provide opportunities to enjoy Phoenix's year round sunshine, and mature trees, citrus, and roses contribute to the peaceful atmosphere.
The house is located just north of Glendale Ave, and just west of the Central corridor. The guest house shares the lot with the infrequently used main Tudor house, has plenty of off street parking, and is set well back from the street. It is freeway close, and just minutes from Superbowl festivities, Spring training stadiums, downtown, the Biltmore area, and the uptown entertainment district.
Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, or just need a temporary home away from home, we'd love to have you.

Please be advised that in an effort to keep your rental costs down, we have "cut the cable" at this property. Â There is a smart TVs, wireless internet and an HDTV antenna that gets local channels plus several others. Â We are happy to arrange access to additional programming at your expense.
Quoted rates include a seasonally adjusted utility allowance. Â All usage over that allowance will be charged to the card on file.
Dogs are welcome on an approval basis. Please indicate that you want to bring your dog on your reservation request, and we will contact you for more information.
We welcome local guests seeking temporary accommodation, but will require additional information before we can accept a booking. Please flag your reservation request accordingly so we can contact you for additional information or feel free to contact us directly.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel and do not have cancellation insurance, we will attempt to re-rent the unit. If we are able to do so, we will refund your deposit(s), less any rental rate differences and credit card charges. You agree that any rental rate reductions for last minute re-bookings are fully at the our discretion. If we are unable to re-rent the unit, your deposit(s) will be forfeited, although we may offer a credit for a future stay at our discretion. No refunds will be given for weather related cancellations or early departures. You are encouraged to purchase travel insurance separately.

Deposit Policy
You agree that any damages to the property other than normal wear and tear will be charged to your credit card. Guest agrees that authorization for use of credit card for potential damages cannot be revoked and will not terminate until 14 days after the property is vacated. A valid credit card must be on file prior to arrival. Guest authorizes use of this credit card to satisfy any damages and agrees that no refusal to pay, or chargeback, shall be initiated by Guest as a result of charges for damages.
Remaining Balances will be charged automatically 30 days before your stay begins, or 60 days if you stay is for 30 days or more.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Loved the place. A great location for us to visit friends. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom & linens were high end. Instructions for check-in and check-out were good. Birds sung us awake each morning.

I loved this little property. It was well laid out and decorated. For such a small place, there were a lot of discrete spaces which made it seem really spacious. The location was perfect for my needs. Communication was fast and easy. I will definitely recommend to others
Very pleasant
"Very clean, cozy,and quiet"
It was exactly what we were looking for, close to Spring Training sites and only 15 minutes to Chase Field and downtown Phoenix. Fry's, Sprouts, Costco, and Mall close by. Cottage has all the amenities one could ask for and was very clean. Tracy and Chris were easy to reach and were very accommodating if one needed anything. I would recommend this property.

Everything in the home was perfect, down to the small details. I had everything I needed and was as comfortable as I would be in my own home. I appreciate them having me!
"Comfortable, clean and charming…"
We had a lovely time exploring Phoenix. It was surprisingly quiet and very private, considering it was on a main road. Tracy was quick to answer any needs or problems we had. We felt the light was rather dim for reading in the living room and (the very same day) a floor lamp was waiting on our front entryway for our use when we retuned from exploring! The kitchen is well equipped with a nice eating area. It looked like it would be pleasant to eat on the private back courtyard, but alas, it was a cold week we chose to be in Phoenix! Google: "Sprouts," the organic food store nearby, for wonderful whole foods, if you like to cook. My husband has severe food allergies, so we appreciated the kitchen at this cottage. Make sure you check out the botanical gardens in the area: The Desert Botanical Garden, and the Lloyd Thompson Arboretum State Park. And of course the Heard Museum and the MIM (Musical Instruments Museum) were outstanding. We usually try to chose a place to stay that has a "sense of place" and some local character, verses just another cookie-cutter accommodation. This cottage was comfortable, very clean, and had some charm.
