great location, easy to access and underground/covered parking is fantastic with easy to access luggage drop off/pick up area, hardwood floor areas were nice and clean but carpeting could be a little cleaner as it was evident the condo is pet friendly. great communication with the host, thank you

Our stay was great and all was clean. Plenty of towels and pillows. Great location! We will definitely stay here again. Just a quick note, be careful with the hot water. It turns hot really quickly.

Always well stocked always clean plus the great location to the village and skiing and to Mammoth Lake for fishing and a short drive to Mammoth Main Lodge the garage parking is nice, especially during the winter

We stayed here for me to attend the PSIA Annual Ski Convention at Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. The location was very convenient to the resort and there were lots of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. My wife enjoyed walking through The Village to shop and have lunch while I was at the conference. We had our dog and it was great that they accommodated him as well. There are lots of walking trails close by. We will be back.

The location is fantastic, so convenient! The unit could be a lot cleaner. There was hair and a stain on the sheets, the base of the table was thick with dust. Some of the cooking tools needed to be rewashed.

We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the convenient location! The owners were very helpful. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was exactly as advertised, fantastic location, clean, and plenty of firewood. The wood-burning fireplace was especially appreciated after a long day on the mountain.

Beautiful one bedroom, RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE !!!!!!! of the upper village at Mammoth mountain. Really walk to the village gondola up to the ski area. Hosts are super at communications and paperwork. Easy and done.

very nice stay. Location,location,location!!!!!!!. Right in the middle of the upper village,garage parking and still a nice quiet location. full kitchen, with all the goodies,modern tv's and nice bathroom.I will be using this place again.

Stayed for 4 nights in late January 2024. Great place to stay, convenient location - walkable to gondola and the village. Condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses and utensils. Bed was very comfortable. My only suggestion would be - kitchen knives were dull. And thank you for being pet friendly. Tobe the dog had a good time too.

Parking garage is great because it accommodated my ski carrier which most never do. Unloading zone is super convenient because the unit is very close to entrance. Ski locker right inside is also very convenient. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was I didn’t realize owner had sent me paperwork to sign and I must have missed the email. On the day of checkin about 5hrs before, I messaged her to send me check in info. After 5 other attempts, I finally contacted VRBO who was able to get a hold of her to finalize the paperwork and get us checked in. I feel issue could have been prevented if a followup email was sent on day of check in stating they were missing paperwork. Unfortunate that this caused a two hour delay getting checked in cutting in to our time to enjoy our one night in the Village.

Unit was clean and well stocked (essentials plus towles etc). Very short walk to village gondola and the village.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place! Great proximity, with a enjoyable balcony and wonderful ease for skiing and walking to bars and restaurants. The hosts were also organized and responsive. The bedspread and carpet could use some updating, but everything was still comfy and clean. We'd stay again!!

Nice location by the village. We had a issue with the lock and the host was responsive so it was resolved very quickly. Would recommend for the convenient access to the gondola.

We had a wonderful stay - the condo is in a great location, extremely close to the Village, including the village gondola, shops and restaurants. Mammoth Brewing Co is just on the other side. Check in was convenient and Tracy was very helpful answering all of our questions. I would absolutely stay again.

As first time visitors to Mammoth Lakes, we were extremely happy with our location and this sweet little, well outfitted condo! Awesome to have little things there for us (from dish soap and tin foil to soap, popcorn and firewood). The king size bed and down comforter were wonderful! With snow on our final night, we really appreciated the parking garage too!

We had everything we needed and the space was cute and clean. The best part was how close it was to the Village. This was a great find for my husband and I, and our little dog as well. 🙂

Fireside is centrally located near the Mammoth Village. The condo is nicely decorated and so comfortable. We stay here every time we visit the mountain. Tracy, the condo owner, is very responsive to any issues that come up. I highly recommend staying in either of her three properties as she’s efficient and genuinely helpful and wonderful to work with! Additionally, she allows us to bring our dog and Mammoth is very pet friendly.

The details on this property were great. Little stuff, like sharp knives to and good equipment to cook with. We loved the location. Perfect for a family of 4.

The condo was excellent! Nice central area in mammoth. Tracy was very responsive regarding if everything was ok with our stay. The manager was excellent also regarding response. Highly recommended!

First time visiting Mammoth Lakes with my boyfriend. Our condo was very clean, convenient ( right next to center with restaurants, shops, live music , bike rentals).Great location very close to the bike trails and short driving to all the lakes. Has everything needed in the condo which was super cozy with cutest fireplace and plenty of firewood. Loved the view of mountains from our balcony and great grill too!! Would definitely go back again

Very well stocked with everything you could need and a bed that felt like a cloud. Super clean and location is great and within walking distance to the Village. We love Mammoth!

It was a great place. Centrally located. We parked our car and didn't need it for 4 days.

Very convenient location - near the restaurants and the gondola. The place is very clean.

This is a most conveniently located condo! My husband and I were visiting the area for the first time, planning to do extensive day hiking. Easy access to grocery store, laundry services and super yummy restaurants. We chose to stay in a couple of nights and eat out a couple. The condo is more than amply furnished for ease of comfort. Happy to have called this cozy spot home!

Overall the property was great! It had all the essentials and very clean. It was a little difficult to regulate the temperature inside. The property is on the first floor, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving the windows open overnight. Definitely a great place to stay in the wintertime.

Enjoyed our stay, 1st time using VRBO/Home Away and it went well. Location was very good, close to village, with restaurants, shops and free public transportation to the mountain lodge or lakes basin, condo is cozy, and just enough room to make it comfortable. Wife's first time in Mammoth and fell in love with all the outdoor activities, such as hiking, exploring the backcountry and lakes. We'll be back!

The pictures capture the condo well. It's very near the gondola, has great underground parking (with a heated driveway--or something--it's clean and dry even in huge snow storms). Because we were there during a big storm, we really appreciated being able to walk to several good restaurants. The owners happened to be in town when we were there and were very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend it

The condo was very well stocked and comfortable, and the location was perfect! The gondola and village was a two minute walk and mammoth brewing was just behind the condo complex. The host has put a lot of effort into providing clear check in and checkout instructions and ensuring their guests have everything they need for a great stay. We would absolutely stay in this unit again!

Everything was great. The ad about what they offer was right on. It was about 1/2 block to the village gondolas. One block to the village and Mammoth Brewery. But better yet. The Management was on top of it and available. They even assisted us so that we keep our car there while we skied longer than our rental. Great job guys.

Our 4th stay at The Fireside, unit 112. The location is steps away from the village and Gondola to Canyon lodge. We love this condo because: it is pet friendly, very clean and nicely/ comfortably furnished, equipped w/ all needs in the kitchen, bath and bedroom, has wood burning fireplace (they supply the wood), BBQ, fast wifi, great TVs and a on site manager (Dan) to help out with any issues. Make sure you read what they supply because it will cut down on a lot of packing! (shampoo, soap, paper goods, coffee, coffee filters, etc.) Not very many vacation rentals supply so much and it was very appreciated when we realized we forgot a toothbrush. Sure enough, there was a brand new one under the bathroom sink! We don't have kids but, there is ping pong, a pool table and fuze ball table above the pool and Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is perfect after a day of great skiing. One of my favorite aspects of #112 condo: the view of the morning sunrise from the living room windows. Beautiful! Thank you Tracy. We shall hopefully be back before the snow season ends or when the mountain bike season begins.

Loved being close to Mammoth Brewing, The Village and the gondola. All within a 5 minute walk.

Like a cozy little cabin, very comfortable and perfect for the two of us! And the location was fantastic within a 3 minute walk to the village, several restaurants, shops, the chalet that will take you to the Canyon Lodge and the ski mountain. Also adjacent to the ski rental and lift ticket facility! Great spot, we will do it again!

We stayed for 3 nights just after New Years. Lovely cozy pet friendly condo, extremely well equipped, quiet, primo location and very nice owners. The manager, Dave, was super helpful and welcoming. We all had a fabulous time and felt very welcome and we will absolutely come back again and are thrilled to have found it. Our teenagers came and went as they pleased because of the proximity of the gondola, we could walk to dinner and Starbucks, although this condo has an espresso machine and tons of excellent coffee in the freezer, which I thought was a really nice touch. Obviously these owners really care about their guests. The underground parking makes arrival and departure very easy. When ur not skiing, it's a heavenly place to sit by the fire and watch the snow falling over the Sherwins. We usually stay at The Tamarack Lodge, but we might just have been converted! Thank you so much for a truly memorable and restful stay!

Summer Vacation west to east through Yosemite to here for the geology and topology and flora and fauna and hikes. We're lucky enough to take the first bus to devil's post pile after the great wind storm of 2011. Then back home to west Hills.

Very well equiped, and convenient to the Village and to the Canyon Lodge gondola. Condo is right next to the loading area, so it's very easy get your stuff in and out of your car.
