The Unit
Fireside 114 is a renovated first-floor condo with a cozy, comfortable feel and all the comforts of home. The bedroom features a Tuft and Needle king bed and a flat-screen TV. The living room offers a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa across from the wood-burning fireplace and a 49" Samsung Frame TV. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, and the large deck includes a gas grill — perfect for warm summer evenings. Keyless entry, wireless high-speed internet, and a gear closet for skis, hiking packs, and fishing tackle round out the unit.
Summer at Mammoth
You're minutes from world-class mountain biking, scenic chairlift rides, hiking in the Mammoth Lakes Basin and to Crystal Lake, Devils Postpile, fly-fishing on Hot Creek and the Owens, and paddleboarding at June Lake. Mammoth's summer events include the Festival of Beers, Bluesapalooza, and Jazz Jubilee.
Amenities and Logistics
Towels, linens, and high-speed wireless internet are provided. One assigned parking space is included, with additional vehicles accommodated on a space-available basis. The Fireside complex is small and quiet, with a heated indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub overlooking the Sherwins.
This is a non-smoking condo; smoking is permitted outside only. Up to two dogs are welcome with a pet fee and are generally not accepted during holiday periods. Please pets off furniture. Owners expected to pick up after their animals.
