THE SPACE
The split floor plan gives both couples and families room to breathe. The main living area features bold original artwork, rich blue sofas, golden curtains, and warm track lighting — vibrant and genuinely welcoming. A games table and a hallway bookcase stocked with books make evenings in just as good as evenings out.
Step outside to a private flagstone patio with dining, lounge seating, a gas BBQ, and a fully fenced yard — perfect for kids, dogs, and post-game gatherings under the Arizona sky. Fresh citrus trees in the yard are a guest favorite.
