Come enjoy this fully furnished central Phoenix home available for rent on a nightly or monthly basis. Set in the charming Bel Air neighborhood, this is a central location with easy access to downtown, Superbowl festivities, multiple spring training ball fields, Phoenix College and area hospitals, including St Josephs and Phoenix Childrens.
There is room for up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with an optional guest casita and bath. Hang out with your group in the gourmet kitchen which is well equipped for your cooking pleasure, and features a 48'subzero, 7 foot island with stools, double ovens, a gas cooktop and honed granite counters. The adjoining huge dining room table sits 10. The spacious living room has room for everyone, with vaulted ceilings, down sofas, a gas fireplace and flat screen TV.
Your comfort is assured - all bedrooms feature high thread count sheets and down duvets. The master bedroom has a king bed and a travertine en-suite bath. The middle bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The casita is automatically included for parties of six or more, and has a king bed and en-suite, bath and is where the laundry is located.
There are patios on both the east and the west side of the house so you can chase the sun. The east yard features multiple seating areas, a gas grill and is fully fenced and secure for pets and children.
Each bedroom has a TV, and there is wireless internet throughout so you can stay connected. Please note that this is a non-smoking home.
NEW THIS SEASON - Smart TV's in each bedroom. Note that we have "cut the cable" at this property.  There is wireless internet and an HDTV antenna that gets local channels plus several others.  We are happy to arrange access to additional programming at your expense
Quoted rates include a seasonally adjusted utility allowance. Â All usage over that allowance will be charged to the card on file.
Dogs are welcome on an approval basis. Please indicate that you want to bring your dog on your reservation request, and we will contact you for more information.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel and do not have cancellation insurance, we will attempt to re-rent the unit. If we are able to do so, we will refund your deposit(s), less any rental rate differences and credit card charges. You agree that any rental rate reductions for last minute re-bookings are fully at the our discretion. If we are unable to re-rent the unit, your deposit(s) will be forfeited, although we may offer a credit for a future stay at our discretion. No refunds will be given for weather related cancellations or early departures. You are encouraged to purchase travel insurance separately.

Deposit Policy
You agree that any damages to the property other than normal wear and tear will be charged to your credit card. Guest agrees that authorization for use of credit card for potential damages cannot be revoked and will not terminate until 14 days after the property is vacated. A valid credit card must be on file prior to arrival. Guest authorizes use of this credit card to satisfy any damages and agrees that no refusal to pay, or chargeback, shall be initiated by Guest as a result of charges for damages.
Remaining Balances will be charged automatically 30 days before your stay begins, or 60 days if you stay is for 30 days or more.

"Would definitely stay again…"
The house was clean and had everything we needed, the hosts checked in on us and were prompt to answer a couple questions. Was an ideal spot for 5 of us to gather while in town visiting family for Thanksgiving. Would definitely stay again.

What a great place to stay, six of us were in town for a tennis tournament and every evening we spent time on the patio. Very cozy and inviting house. Plan on staying here again.

Really clean, nicely furnished, with a patient property manager. Big backyard for in town, cover carport with electric door, modern update in the house. Overall, a super place.

This property was very nice. We went for walks in the neighborhood in the mornings. We came to AZ to watch the Brewers, however due to the pandemic games were cancelled. All destinations we had to drive to. The place was very spacious and clean. Very well stocked kitchen and all information given was very accurate. Thank-you for allowing us to stay at your home!

We are all packed up except for what we need in the morning. Our flight leaves at 7:30 am and we plan on vacating about 6:00 am. Everything has been great. We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

15 Min from the airport. 15 Min from Scottsdale and great shopping/food. 10 Min from downtown. 10 Min from all sporting venues. Arizona State fair was great fun this past October. Grand Canyon cannot be described with words. Jerome and the wine tasting was a fun time. Sedona is absolutely breathtaking. The house was amazing, clean and has everything you could ask for in it other than your clothing.

Excellent spot, near shopping, downtown and sport/music venues. Great big island in the kitchen making for pleasant chats and a few beavies!. Well worth it!

Was part of two families who stayed at this house. Very nice place with plenty of space, and a short drive/cab ride to downtown Phoenix. Orange and lemon trees were a pleasant surprise that added to a very enjoyable experience!

Very welcoming . Central location was great. House was clean and well stocked. Fresh citrus and even beer in the fridge! Nice touch,probably not the norm though. There was a 6 people in our group, 2 couples. Plenty of personal space for all and more. Great set up for large or small groups. The gourmet kitchen is fantastic. Highly recommended.

6 adults Stayed in this house for 4 days and had a fun time. Great house in central phoenix; close to everything. big with lots of room, lots of bedrooms & bathrooms. All furnished with everything you need- better than home!. Loved the kitchen - its amazing.
"Very Luxurious, Great Price!"
We stayed with a larger group over Super Bowl weekend. We were close to downtown and all the action, and a few even walked back to the house from Super Bowl Boulevard! The house was fully stocked we just brought the food and drinks. I am still craving the fresh picked grapefruit and oranges and very much enjoyed picking lemons out of the yard for my drinks!! The gourmet kitchen was a fantastic central place for visiting and when needed, we all had more than enough space. The only thing I would change would be to stay longer. I can't wait to book again!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home with our two teenage daughters recently and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. We travelled over from England and were slightly apprehensive in case the photos and description had been over stated but we need not have worried. This is a beautiful home and we loved making it our own for our time in Phoenix. It had everything we needed to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The photos are accurate, the whole property is very clean and well equipped and also it's extremely comfortable and homely and with more than enough space for us to spread out in. We will be travelling back to Phoenix again next year and we will absolutely stay here again - we consider it our 'Phoenix place' now. Thanks so much
